How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe to BlazeTV by clicking here.
Where can I watch BlazeTV?
Watch BlazeTV on our website and on your favorite devices, including Amazon Fire TV®, Roku®, and iOS and Android devices. Find our apps in the Amazon Appstore, Apple App Store, and Google Play.
I already had a subscription to TheBlaze or CRTV, but I can’t log in.

If you had a subscription to TheBlaze, you can access new shows and content immediately by resetting your password here.

If you were a CRTV subscriber, your experience should continue as before but with the addition of exciting new shows and content. If you are having trouble accessing your account, contact customer service.

If I sign up, will I get spam emails from campaigns or will you sell my information?
No, we do not sell our customers’ information! See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I purchase with a currency other than U.S. dollars?
You can purchase BlazeTV with a currency other than U.S. dollars. However, your bank will likely charge you an additional conversion fee that will be found on your bank statement.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can view all BlazeTV subscription information, including cancellation details, on our Terms of Use page.
What is your billing policy for the various subscription terms?
You can view billing information for your BlazeTV account by navigating to the billing section of the website.

Watchlist and Favorites

I am logged into my account. When I hover over a video, plus and star icons appear on either side of the play button. What are those for, and how do I use them?
The Plus Icon lets you add videos to your personal Watchlist for viewing at a later time. Click the icon to add a video to your Watchlist. Once a video has been added to your Watchlist, the Plus Icon will appear blue. You can access your Watchlist by clicking the My Account icon in the top right area of the website and choosing My Watchlist. To remove the video from the Watchlist, you can click the Plus Icon again on the video. Or, on the My Watchlist page, click the EDIT link near the top right, select the checkboxes for the videos you want to delete, and click DELETE.

The Star Icon lets you add videos to your personal Favorites list. Click on the icon to add a video to your Favorites. Once a video has been added to your Favorites, the Star Icon will appear blue. You can access your Favorites by clicking the My Account icon in the top right area of the website and choosing Favorites. To remove the video from Favorites, you can click the Star Icon again on the video. Or, on the Favorites page, click the EDIT link near the top right, select the checkboxes for the videos you want to delete, and click DELETE.

Devices

I can’t find the BlazeTV app in the App Store
While we are waiting on various app stores to update our name, you may need to search for CRTV if the app is not displayed after searching for BlazeTV. If you need additional help, please contact customer service.

Amazon FireTV App Questions

Do I need to be signed in?
You must have a BlazeTV account and subscription to activate the BlazeTV app on Amazon Fire TV. Visit BlazeTV.com to subscribe if you do not already have an account.
How do I sign in / activate my Amazon FireTV?
When you open the BlazeTV app on Amazon FireTV, you will Sign In and be provided a code to enter at blazetv.com/devicereg.
Where do I see the shows?
Each day, new BlazeTV episodes will appear as the featured episodes at the top of the homepage of each show's window after you sign in.
What if I don't see a show after its scheduled time?
Navigate to another page or video in the app, and then navigate back to the home screen. New content is loaded on the homepage each time this view loads. Check back in a few minutes.

Android App Questions

Do I need to be signed in?
When you first open the BlazeTV app, you can see BlazeTV video clips. A free/ anonymous user who is not logged in may view some video clips but not the full catalog.

How do I restart the app?
If your device has a Home button:
Double tap the Home button.Swipe right or left to find the BlazeTV app, and then swipe up on the BlazeTV preview to close the app completely. Press the Home button again, and then reopen the app to see the newest content.
If your device doesn’t have a Home button (iPhone X or later):
On the Home screen, swipe up and pause in the middle of the screen. Swipe right or left to find the BlazeTV app, and then swipe up on the BlazeTV preview to close the app completely. You can now reopen the app to see the newest content.

Roku App Questions

Do I need to be signed in?

Gifting

How can I give a BlazeTV subscription to someone else?
  1. Visit blazetv.com/gift
  2. Select the Gift Term you want to purchase
  3. Follow the purchase flow and click “Submit” to charge your card and generate your gift email
  4. Forward the email you receive to your gift recipient
Do I have to be a BlazeTV subscriber to give a gift?
No, just create a free login by completing the fields on the first screen of the purchase flow, then select Continue.
When will the gift recipient be sent the gift email?
The person who purchased the gift (you) will receive the gift email and can forward to the gift recipient anytime. The 1-year subscription will start once the gift recipient has claimed the gift.
Will the subscription auto-renew?
No. Your card will only be charged once, and the subscription will expire at the end of the 1 year of access.
Will my credit card be saved on the gift recipient subscription?
No. Your credit card will not be attached to the gift subscription. A gift recipient will need to add a credit card to renew the subscription.
Are gifts refundable?
No. Gifts purchased on BlazeTV are nonrefundable.
Do other BlazeTV discounts apply to gifts?
No. Any other discount offers on BlazeTV, such as the Military, Police, and Student discounts, do not apply to gifting on BlazeTV.

Mug Club

How long will it take to get my mug?
Louder with Crowder mugs are handcrafted, so it takes approximately 5-7 weeks.
Do you charge for shipping the mug?
Shipping to the USA is free.
If I am a student, do I still get a mug with my student discount?
Yes! Click the Student ID button at checkout, and you will get the $30 discount and the mug.
